LS-F53200 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Mouse ITGB3 / Integrin Beta 3 / CD61 in samples of Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of ITGB3 / Integrin Beta 3 / CD61 as low as 15.6 picograms per milliliter.Specifications

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse ITGB3. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse ITGB3 and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between mouse ITGB3 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
