liuchao8510 有没有人在细胞转染中应用加硫代硫酸修饰的胆固醇尾的miRNA inhibitor，加胆固醇文献中说是for delivery in vivo，硫代硫酸是为了stability，那在转染细胞的时候胆固醇会不会对转染效率造成影响，转染试剂用Lipofectamine RNAI MAX还是Lipofectamine 2000？有没有人比较过这种修饰的inhibitor与2-OMe修饰的inhibitor在细胞中对对应miRNA抑制效率的差别
