BioPorto Human IgE (non-immune) (azide-free, low endotoxin)单克隆抗体是从单克隆杂交瘤体外培养产生的具有κ轻链的纯化人IgE，这种特有的生产方式可避免其他同型免疫球蛋白污染。来源于多发性骨髓瘤患者的IgE，其批次之间差异性可能较大，而单克隆细胞来源的IgE具有很好的批间一致性。该产品广泛用于变态反应研究和诊断试剂生产等领域，尤其适合作为IgE定量检测的标准品。
