RRAS2 is a plasma membrane-associated GTP-binding protein with GTPase activity. RRAS2 is implicated in the pathogenesis of human cancers. Hence， overexpression of active RRAS2 in EpH4 cells induces tumorigenicity through the phosphoinositide 3-kinase， p38 MAPK， and mTOR pathways， as these cells lose their sensitivity to the normal growth inhibitory role of TGF-beta. Sterile Filtered colorless solution. The RRAS2 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer （pH8.0）， 1mM DTT， 10% glycerol and 2mM EDTA.

保存建议：
RRAS2 although stable 4℃ for 4 weeks， should be stored desiccated below -18℃. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein （0.1% HSA or BSA）. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
