LS-F31368 is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) development kit that contains sufficient reagents to produce approximately 200 Wells for the Quantitative detection of Mouse IL5. The kit is supplied with the components listed below, a list of other recommended reagents, and a protocol (see manual) for preparing ELISA assay plates to detect levels of IL5 within a range of 32 to 2000 picograms per milliliter.
