LS-F51384 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Horse IL4 in samples of Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of IL4 as low as 4.68 picograms per milliliter.

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of horse IL-4. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between horse IL-4 and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between horse IL-4 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
