盐酸氯丙嗪（chlorpromazine hydrochloride）一般口服量12.5～50mg/次，2次/日。肌内注射，25～50mg/次。治疗精神病宜从小剂量开始，轻症300mg/日，重症600～800mg/日，好转后逐渐减用维持量（50～100mg/日）。拒服药者用50～100mg/次，加于25%葡萄糖溶液20ml 内，缓慢静脉注射。 奋乃静（perphenazine）一般2～4mg/次，3次/日。5～10mg/次，肌内注射。治疗精神病：轻症20～30mg/日，重症40～60
