LS-F53819 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Rat GRM4 / MGLUR4 in samples of Cell Lysates, Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of GRM4 / MGLUR4 as low as 6.25 picograms per milliliter.Specifications

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of rat GRM4. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between rat GRM4 and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between rat GRM4 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.

In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.
