描述: 细胞破碎时，蛋白水解酶被释放或被激活，使电泳结果复杂化，影响最终结果分析。为了避免这些情况的出现，建议在样品制备时尽可能在低温操作。此外，许多蛋白酶在pH9以上会失活，因此Tris碱、碳酸钠、碱性载体、两性电解质等往往能抑制蛋白水解，但有些蛋白酶在上述条件下仍保持活性，此时应当使用蛋白酶抑制剂。因此,选择有效抑制相应蛋白酶活性对蛋白纯化路线设计尤为重要。
适用：此抑制剂混合物适用于在提取哺乳动物细胞、组织蛋白的过程中抑制蛋白酶的活性，更高效的提取目的蛋白。
组成: 该混合物为50倍浓缩溶液，包含5种独立的蛋白酶抑制剂，包括胃蛋白酶抑制剂(pepstantin)、亮抑蛋白酶肽(leupeptin)、胰蛋白酶抑制剂(aprotinin)等；能够强烈抑制所有蛋白酶的活性（如丝氨酸蛋白酶、巯基蛋白酶、金属蛋白酶、酸性蛋白酶）。
储存: -20°C，一年。储存期间溶液如果出现沉淀，不影响使用。
使用方法：
1. 取出蛋白酶抑制剂混合物(Protease inhibitor cocktail, 50x)，振荡重悬。
2. 按照1：49比例，将混合物加入组织细胞裂解液中，混合均匀即可。
注意：
1. 请避免阳光，紫外线以及还原剂等与该溶液的接触。
2. 避免过多的反复冻融，必要时可以进行分装。
3. 该混合物在冷冻后可能出现沉淀物，这是正常现象，可振荡溶解后继续使用，不影响效果。
4. 该产品仅适用于科学研究，请勿用于人体实验。
