免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的重组人凝集素β-1（PeproTech目录#100-03）
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测人血凝血酶-β1，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。这种生物素化的多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人异端蛋白-β1（500-P288）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2-0.4 ng/孔的重组人异端蛋白-β1。
生物素化抗人红细胞凝集素β-1夹心ELISA
