免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的9.8 kDa重组人PTHrP（PeproTech目录#100-09）
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测hPTHrP，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的该抗体。该生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人PTHrP（500-P276）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组hPTHrP。
生物素化抗人PTHrP夹心ELISA
