    HILIC-UHPLC–QTRAP®/MS2

    All NTs were separated on an Acquity UPLC BEH amide column (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.7 µm) equipped with an Acquity UPLC BEH Amide VanGuard Pre-column. The mobile phase was A (0.2% formic acid-5 mmol⋅L-1 ammonium formate and ammonium acetate water solution) and B (0.2% formic acid-1 mmol⋅L-1 ammonium formate and ammonium acetate water solution). The gradient elution was 0–3.0 min, 85–80% B;3.0–4.0 min, 80–54% B; 4.0–4.5 min, 54–54% B; 4.5–5.0 min, 54–85% B; and 5.0–6.0 min, 85–85% B. The equilibration time was 1 min, and the flow rate of mobile phase was set at 0.4 mL⋅min−1 with a sample injection volume of 2 µL. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃.
