关于IMPase2：
Inositol monophosphatase 2, also known as Inositol-1(or 4)-monophosphatase 2, Myo-inositol monophosphatase A2 and IMPA2, is an enzyme which belongs to the inositol monophosphatase family. IMPA2 catalyzes the dephosphoylration of inositol monophosphate with cofactor Magnesium and Inhibited by high Li+ and restricted Mg2+ concentrations. IMPA2 plays an important role in phosphatidylinositol signaling. IMPA2 can use the myo-inositol monophosphates, scylloinositol 1,4-diphosphate, glucose-1-phosphate, beta-glycerophosphate, and 2-AMP as substrates. IMPA2 is a pharmacological target for lithium Li(+) action in brain, it is considered to have a role in schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

关于IL-10RB：
IL10RB is a single- pass type I membrane protein and contains two fibronectin type-III domains. It is an accessory chain which is essential for the active interleukin 10 receptor complex. Coexpression of IL10RB and IL10RA proteins has been shown to be required for IL10-induced signal transduction. Defects in IL10RB are the cause of inflammatory bowel disease type 25 (IBD25) which is a chronic, relapsing inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract with a complex etiology.

Desmin is a cytoplasmic protein and belongs to the intermediate filament family. interacts with DST and MTM1. Desmin is only expressed in vertebrates, however homologous proteins are found in many organisms. Desmin is the main intermediate filament in mature skeletal, cardiac and smooth-muscle cells. DES founctions as homopolymers to form a stable intracytoplasmic filamentous network connecting myofibrils to each other and to the plasma membrane. .Defects in DES are cause of the myopathy myofibrillar type 1, cardiomyopathy dilated type 1I, and neurogenic scapuloperoneal syndrome Kaeser type.

The chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 2 (CCL2), also known as monocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP)-1 and small inducible cytokine A2 (SCYA2)), is a small cytokine that belongs to the CC chemokine family responsible for monocyte attraction. Its cognate receptor, CCR2, play a critical role in regulating nociceptive processes during neuropathic pain. Both CCL2 and CCR2 are implicated in induction of autoimmunity. CCL2 recruits monocytes, memory T cells, and dendritic cells to the sites of inflammation produced by either tissue injury or infection. Recently research also showed that CCL2 might be useful as a biomarker of fibrosis as well as a target for therapeutic intervention.
