关于TXN：
Thioredoxin (TXN) is a member of the Thioredoxin family. Thioredoxin exists as a disulfide-linked homodimer and contains one Thioredoxin domain. Thioredoxin is up-regulated by ionizing radiation. Thioredoxin participates in various redox reactions through the reversible oxidation of its active center dithiol to a disulfide and catalyzes dithiol-disulfide exchange reactions. Thioredoxin also plays a role in the reversible S-nitrosylation of cysteine residues in target proteins, and thereby contributes to the response to intracellular nitric oxide.

关于IGF-I：
Insulin-like growth factor I (IGF1) belongs to the family of insulin-like growth factors that are structurally homologous to proinsulin. Mature IGFs are generated by proteolytic processing of inactive precursor protein containing N-terminal and C-terminal propeptide regions. Mature human IGF-I consisting of 70 amino acids with 94% identity with mouse IGF1 and exhibits cross-species activity. IGF1 binds IGF-1R, IGF-2R, and the insulin receptor and plays a key role in cell cycle progression, cell proliferation and tumor progression. IGF1 expression is regulated by growth hormone.

关于UBE2D1：
Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 D1(UBE2D1)belongs to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. Ubiquitination involves at least three classes of enzymes: ubiquitin-activating enzymes, or E1s, ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes, or E2s, and ubiquitin-protein ligases, or E3s. This enzyme is closely related to a stimulator of iron transport (SFT), and is up-regulated in hereditary hemochromatosis. It also functions in the ubiquitination of the tumor-suppressor protein p53 and the hypoxia-inducible transcription factor HIF1alpha by interacting with the E1 ubiquitin-activating enzyme and the E3 ubiquitin-protein ligases.
