描述
从细胞和组织中分离细胞质和细胞核组分是一种常见的实验。细胞样品的组分分离相对简单直接,然而,从组织样品中特别是冷冻组织中将胞质和胞核组分分离干净是很具挑战的。因为冷冻和反复冻融会引起组织细胞结构的改变,加之不适当的匀浆方式和效率低的提取缓冲液,使得交叉污染十分严重。目前大多数商业试剂盒设计可同时用于细胞和组织样品,但是忽略了两种类型样品之间的结构差异。因此,从新鲜/冷冻组织中分离胞质和胞核组分时,交叉污染问题无法避免(见下文参考文献1和2)。这款新型的胞质和胞核分离试剂盒专用于组织样品的胞质胞核分离,试剂盒特有的缓冲液体系和独特的操作方法可以将交叉污染降到最低。整个操作可以在30分钟内完成。
应用:
可应用于SDS-PAGE,immunoblottings,ELISA,IP,蛋白定位,凝胶迁移分析,2-D等其他应用。
