制剂（Formulation）

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM PB, 1mM EDTA, 2mM DTT, pH7.2.

质量控制（Quality Control）

Purity: Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.

Endotoxin: Less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 EU/ug) as determined by LAL test.

Bioactivity : Measured by its ability to catalyze the reduction of insulin.

The reaction leads to precipitation, which can be measured by absorbance at 650 nm. The specific activity is 0.2-1 Abs/min/mg, as measured under the described conditions.

复溶（Reconstitution）

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
