关于IL-28A：
IL-28A (Interferon-λ2; IFN-λ2), IL-28B/IFN-λ3, and IL-29/IFN-λ1 are type III interferons which are distantly related to IL-10 family and type I IFN family cytokines. Mature human IL-28A is an approximately 22-25 kDa protein that shares 66% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat IL-28A and shows cross-species activity. It shares 96% and 70% aa sequence identity with human IL-28B and IL-29, respectively. IL-28A promotes the Th1 polarization of dendritic cells in the airway and inhibits Th2 and Th17 mediated inflammation. IL-28A additionally exhibits anti-tumor activity, in part by enhancing IL-12 dependent anti-tumor CTL responses in vivo. In contrast, it is up-regulated in invasive bladder cancer where it promotes tumor cell migration.

Fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF2) is a secreted protein and belongs to the heparin-binding growth factors family. FGF2 is produced by epithelial, tumor and other cell types. It involved in developmental processes and regulates differentiation, proliferation, and migration, FGF2 is a critical factor for growing embryonic stem cells in culture without inducing differentiation. FGF2 has a high affinity for heparan sulfate and binding is a step in the FGF basic activation of FGFR tyrosine kinase.

关于GADD45A：
Growth Arrest and DNA Damage-Inducible Protein GADD45 α (GADD45A) is a member of the GADD45 family. GADD45A can be induced by UV irradiation, X-rays, growth arrest and alkylating agents, of which can be mediated by some kinases other than PKC. GADD45A can interact with MAPK14, GADD45GIP1, PCNA. In T-cells, GADD45A functions as a regulator of p38 MAPKs by inhibiting p88 phosphorylation and activity. GADD45A may affect PCNA interaction with some cell division protein kinase complexes, stimulating DNA excision repair in vitro and inhibits entry of cells into S phase.

关于SLAMF2/CD48：
CD48 is a GPI-linked protein in the CD2 family of immunoglobulin superfamily proteins. CD48 is expressed on most lineage-committed hematopoietic cells but not on hematopoietic stem cells or multipotent hematopoietic progenitors. Among dendritic cells (DC), CD48 is selectively expressed on circulating myeloid DC and resident bone marrow and thymus DC. CD2, 2B4, and heparan sulfate function as CD48 ligands. CD48 is competent to transduce signals and can also trigger signaling through CD2 or 2B4. CD48 expressed on NK cells is coactivating, whereas CD48 expressed on other cell types inhibits NK cell activation.
