| 产品介绍 | background: C3orf23, also known as FLJ41686, MGC119530, MGC119531, MGC119532, MGC119533 or DKFZp313N062, is a 496 amino acid protein that exists as four alternatively spliced isoforms. C3orf23 is encoded by a gene mapping to human chromosome 3p21.33. Chromosome 3 is made up of approximately 214 million bases encoding over 1,100 genes. Notably, there is a chemokine receptor gene cluster and a variety of human cancer related loci on chromosome 3. Particular regions of the chromosome 3 short arm are deleted in many types of cancer cells. Key tumor suppressing genes on chromosome 3 encode apoptosis mediator RASSF1, cell migration regulator HYAL1 and angiogenesis suppressor SEMA3B. Marfan Syndrome, porphyria, von Hippel-Lindau syndrome, osteogenesis imperfecta and Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease are a few of the numerous genetic diseases associated with chromosome 3. 实验原理荧光原位杂交（Fluorescence in situ hybridization FISH）是一门新兴的分子细胞遗传学技术，是20世纪80年代末期在原有的放射性原位杂交技术的基础上发展起来的一种非放射性原位杂交技术。目前这项技术已经广泛应用于动植物基因组结构研究、染色体精细结构变异分析、病毒感染分析、人类产前诊断、肿瘤遗传学和基因组进化研究待许多领域。FISH的基本原理是用已知的标记单链核酸为探针，按照碱基互补的原则，与待检材料中未知的单链核酸进行异性结合，形成可被检测的杂交双链核酸
