IFN-γ主要由活化的T细胞和NK细胞产生。它是一种激活巨噬细胞和内皮细胞的促炎细胞因子，但它也通过影响APC、T和B细胞来调节免疫反应。Production of IFN-γ by helper T cells as well as cytotoxic T cells is a hallmark of the TH1-type phenotype，因此，high-level的IFN-γ的产生通常与有效的宿主防御细胞内病原体有关。

保存：shipped at ambient temperature. On arrival all reagents should be stored refrigerated at 4-8℃.Antibodies are supplied in sterile filtered (0.2um) PBS with 0.02% sodium azide. Streptavidin-ALP is supplied in 0.1M Tris buffer with 0.002% Kathon CG. Vials have been over-filled to ensure recovery of stated quantity.
