标本溶血：
1、脱水、休克等疾病使得穿刺困难而溶血；
2、抽血器质量不合格导致溶血；
3、血清分离不当导致溶血；
4、红细胞有先天或获得性缺陷而易破坏溶血；
5、患溶血性疾病。
溶血的干扰机理：
1、血细胞中浓度远高于血清浓度：血细胞中高浓度物质溢出，测定结果偏高。如K、CK、LDH、AST等，轻度溶血即可有很大影响。
2、血细胞中浓度低于血清浓度：此时溶血相当于血清稀释而结果偏低。如血糖、r-GT等。
、检测大多是检测化学反应前后颜色变化程度来计算待检物浓度。血红蛋白的红颜色会造成干扰。
