Untreated (–) and treated (+) Jurkat whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ZAP70 (phospho Tyr319) / Syk (phospho Tyr352) antibody [GT1686] (GTX634484) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ZAP70 (phospho Tyr319) / Syk (phospho Tyr352) antibody [GT1686] (GTX634484) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
