的 B 细胞表面也表达 CD19 抗原,导致 CAR-T 细胞在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时也杀伤了正常细胞。因此对 CAR-T 细胞进行高精度控制,使其杀伤癌细胞的同时减少对正常细胞的伤害是 CAR-T 疗法改进的重要方向。超声波可以将机械能安全、无创地输送到身体表面数十厘米以下的部位。聚焦超声波(FUS)的快速振荡压力以及由此产生的机械能可使生物组织的局部发热。在磁共振成像(MRI)测温技术的帮助下,FUS 已在临床上被广泛应用于消融肿瘤和控制药物释放、血管舒张、神经调节和转基因表达等方面。然而,目前尚缺乏利用
