程度胃窦炎及十二指肠球炎，有的窦部和球部均有炎症，治疗结束后，得乐组减轻率明显高于雷尼替丁组（表1，P＜0.01）。①CBS组：活动性胃炎窦炎30例，转阴26例（转为非活动性），转阴率为86.6％，活动性十二指肠球炎32例，转阴28例，转阴率为85.7％。②雷尼替丁组：活动性胃窦炎22例，转阴8例，转阴率36.4％。十二指肠球炎16例，转阴4例，转阴率25％。 2.4 Hp消失方面 CBS组：36例，Hp消失34例转阴率为94.4％。雷尼替丁且：24例，Hp消失8例，转阴率为33.3％
