The DNeasy PowerWater Kit is designed for isolation of genomic DNA from a variety of filtered water samples, and uses our patented Inhibitor Removal Technology to eliminate inhibitors including salts, metals, humic substances and other organic materials. With Inhibitor Removal Technology, even water containing heavy amounts of contaminants can be processed to provide DNA of high quality and yield that can be used in PCR, qPCR, Sanger sequencing and NGS. The kit can isolate DNA from common filter membrane types, including 0.45 µm and 0.22 µm filter funnels. DNA is ready to use in a final 100 µl volume.

Water DNA Isolation Kit不用在于：研磨珠套管改用了创新优化的研磨珠混搭、改良的裂解缓冲液配方、IRT技术和减少样品体积使得可以在一个小型离心管中完成所有操作。终DNA体积为100μl，可直接用于PCR等下游实验。
