免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的重组人出埃及记2（CCL21）（PeproTech目录#300-35）*目录#300-35已经停产。
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测hExodus-2，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。这种生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人类出埃及记-2（500-P109）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组hExodus-2。
生物素化抗人类出埃及记-2（CCL21）夹心ELISA
