制备：从高纯度（>98%）重组hTACI预免疫的山羊血清中制备。通过亲和层析纯化抗人TACI特异性抗体，然后进行生物素化。
免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的17.8 kDa重组人TACI（PeproTech目录#310-17）
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测hTACI，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的该抗体。这种生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人TACI（500-P166G）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组hTACI。
生物素化抗人TACI夹心ELISA
Western Blot：为了通过Western Blot分析检测hTACI，该抗体的浓度为0.1-0.2µg/ml。与兼容的二级试剂结合使用，在还原或非还原条件下，重组hTACI的检测限为1.5-3.0 ng/lane。
