免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的重组人GRO-β（CXCL2）（PeproTech目录#300-39）
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测人类GRO-β，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。该生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人GRO-β（500-P104）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组人GRO-β。
生物素化抗人GRO-β（CXCL2）夹心ELISA
Western Blot：为了通过Western Blot分析检测人类GRO-β，该抗体的浓度可为0.1-0.2μg/ml。当与兼容的二级试剂结合使用时，重组人类GRO-β在还原或非还原条件下的检测限为1.5-3.0 ng/lane。
