制备：从高纯度（>98%）重组hIL-20预免疫的山羊血清中制备。通过亲和层析纯化抗人IL-20特异性抗体，然后进行生物素化。
免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的重组人IL-20（PeproTech目录#200-20）
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测hIL-20，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。该生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人IL-20（500-P190G）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组hIL-20。
