制备：用高纯度（>98%）重组hEotaxin-2预先免疫的山羊血清制备。通过亲和层析纯化抗人嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子-2特异性抗体，然后进行生物素化。
Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human Eotaxin-2 (CCL24) (PeproTech catalog# 300-33)
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测河tun毒素-2，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。这种生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人Eotaxin-2（500-P103G）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组hEotaxin-2。
Western Blot：为了通过Western Blot分析检测hEotaxin-2，该抗体可在0.1-0.2µg/ml的浓度下使用。与兼容的二级试剂一起使用，重组hEotaxin-2在还原或非还原条件下的检测限为1.5-3.0 ng/lane。
