RNase Inhibitor，Murine是从大肠杆菌中分离的50 kD重组蛋白，它最初来自小鼠的核糖核酸酶抑制蛋白基因。我们的产品RNase inhibitor对RNases A、B和C具有特异性，但不能抑制RNase 1、RNase T1、S1核酸酶、RNase H或自曲霉属的RNase。它能以1:1的比例非共价结合多种RNase，具有高亲和力。特别是，根据以前的研究，当与AMV或M-MuLV逆转录酶、taq DNA聚合酶或SP6/T7/T3 RNA聚合酶同时使用时，未观察到RNase Inhibitor对酶活性的抑制，这意味着它可以在各种实验中用于防止RNA降解。
