及CKD模型的肾功能、缓解肾小管损伤和纤维化；老年人群及CKD患者肾小管FFAR4表达显著降低且与肾小球滤过率正相关。肾小管上皮细胞特异性FFAR4敲除小鼠表现出更严重的肾功能异常、肾间质纤维化及细胞衰老标志物升高，抗衰老蛋白Klotho进一步降低。机制上，FFAR4激动后促进15d-PGJ2生成，激活PPARγ上调Klotho表达并抑制TGF-β1产生，阻断衰老肾小管细胞旁分泌激活成纤维细胞。该研究为延缓肾脏衰老和治疗CKD提供了潜在新靶点。 推荐产品 靶点 重组蛋白 货号
