    关于JAM-B
    Junctional Adhesion Molecule B (JAM-B) is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the juctional adhesion molecules family. JAM-B includes a signal sequence (aa 1-28), an extracellular region (aa 29-238) with one Ig-like C2-type domain and one Ig-like V-type domain, a transmembrane segment (aa 239-259), and a cytoplasmic domain (aa 260 - 298). JAMB is localized to the tight junctions between endothelial cells or epithelial cells. JAM-B is prominently expressed in the heart, placenta, lung, foreskin and lymph node. It is also present on the endothelia of other vessels. JAM-B acts as an adhesive ligand for interacting with a variety of immune cell types and may play a role in lymphocyte homing to secondary lymphoid organs.

    Fibroblast Growth Factor 6 (FGF-6) is a secreted protein member of the heparin-binding growth factors family. FGF family members possess broad mitosis and cell survival activities and are involved in a variety of biological processes. Affinity between fibroblast growth factors (FGFs) and their receptors is increased by heparan sulfate glycosaminoglycans that function as coreceptors. FGF6 plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation, cell differentiation, angiogenesis and myogenesis, and is required for normal muscle regeneration.

    Parvalbumin α (PVALB) is a member of the parvalbumin family. PVALB is a high affinity calcium ion-binding protein, with two EF hand domains. PVALB is structurally and functionally similar to calmodulin and troponin C, it can bind two calcium ions. Parvalbumin is thought to be involved in relaxation after contraction in muscle. Parvalbumin is expressed in a specific population of GABAergic interneurons, which are believed to have a role in maintaining the balance between excitation and inhibition in the cortex as well as the hippocampus.

    关于ERO1L
    ERO1-Like Protein α (ERO1L) is an enzyme that belongs to the EROs family. ERO1L is expressed at high level in esophagus and upper digestive tract. ERO1L is an essential oxidoreductase that oxidizes proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum to produce disulfide bonds. ERO1L acts by oxidizing directly P4HB/PDI isomerase through a direct disulfide exchange. It associates with ERP44, demonstrating that it does not oxidize all PDI related proteins and can discriminate between PDI and related proteins. Its reoxidation probably involves electron transfer to molecular oxygen via FAD. ERO1L may be responsible for a significant proportion of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the cell. ERO1L responses to temperature stimulus, protein thiol-disulfide exchange, protein folding with or without chaperone cofactor and transport.
