Bradford 法( 考马斯亮蓝法)，是目前灵敏度较高的蛋白质浓度测定方法之一。当Bradford 染色液( 考马斯亮蓝G250) 和蛋白在酸性条件下结合时，溶液颜色由棕黑色转为蓝色，吸光值波长由456 nm 转为595 nm，吸光值与蛋白质的含量在一定浓度范围内有较好的线性关系。通过测定吸光值大小并对照标准蛋白的吸光值，推算出蛋白浓度，实现了蛋白浓度测定的快速，稳定和高灵敏度。
本试剂通过研发升级，对蛋白提取中常见的去垢剂有较高的耐受性。本试剂盒和常规的Bradford 蛋白浓度测定试剂盒相比，可以兼容一系列常见的去垢剂，克服了Bradford 法对去垢剂敏感的缺点；和BCA法相比，能够兼容高浓度的还原剂，并且检测速度快，在检测含去垢剂样品蛋白浓度时，更加快捷。
