Working Solution:
Prepare by diluting the conjugate solution 1:5,000 with 100 mM Tris-HCl, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.5
Physical form
Solution in 50 mM triethanolamine buffer, 3M NaCl, 1 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mM ZnCl2, 10 mg/ml bovine serum albumin, pH 7.6.
