| 产品介绍 | background: VLDL (very low density lipoprotein) cholesterol is one of the three major types of cholesterol found in blood. VLDL receptor plays an essential role in triglyceride metabolism. It binds VLDL and transports it into cells by endocytosis. In order to be internalized, the receptor-ligand complexes must first cluster into clathrin coated pits. Binding to Reelin induces tyrosine phosphorylation of Dab1 and modulation of Tau phosphorylation. Function: Binds VLDL and transports it into cells by endocytosis. Binding to Reelin induces tyrosine phosphorylation of Dab1 and modulation of Tau phosphorylation (By similarity). Subunit: Binds to the extracellular matrix protein Reelin. Interacts with VLDLR. VLDL大小为30-80nm,含有甘油三酯、胆固醇、胆固醇酯和磷脂,TG占50%左右,蛋白质部分为ApoAⅠ、AⅣ、B100 、C、E等。VLDL在肝脏合成,利用来自脂库的脂肪酸作为合成材料,其中胆固醇来自CM残粒及肝自身合成的部分。ApoB100 全部由肝合成,肝合成的VLDL分泌后经静脉进入血液,再由VLDL内ApoCⅡ激活LPL,并水解其内的TG。由HDL的LCAT作用生成的胆固醇酯经CETP转送给VLDL进行交换,而VLDL中余下的磷脂、ApoE、C转移给HDL
