General description
内蛋白酶赖氨酸-碳测序等级是从产酶溶血杆菌中分离出来的，是一种高度纯化和特异的蛋白酶。
Specificity
这种酶是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶，能特异性水解赖氨酸羧基侧的酰胺、酯和肽键（在三-盐酸缓冲液中，pH 7.0至9.0）。
热失活：酶可以通过加热（100℃下5分钟）或TCA变性。
Application
使用内蛋白酶赖氨酸-碳测序等级进行蛋白质结构分析和序列分析。
