General description
肝素主要用于推迟血液的凝固。它在凝血途径中可增强抗凝血酶介导的蛋白酶失活。
Application
• 来自猪肠粘膜的肝素钠盐已用于从人血浆中纯化sLRP（可溶性循环低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白-1）。
