本品系采用亲和层析法从人胎盘中分离纯化的RNA酶抑制剂，可与RNase非共价结合，形成1:1的复合物，具有广谱的RNase抑制活性。尿素及巯基类试剂可以解离本品与RNase形成的复合物，使RNase复活而RNase Inhibitor不可逆失活，因此反应体系中应避免尿素及巯基类试剂存在。
用途· cDNA合成反应
· 体外无细胞系统转录/翻译(Cell-free in vitro transcription/translation system)
· 提高多聚核糖体的产量和活性
特点
· 广谱抑制：抑制常见的RNase，包括RNase A、RNase B、RNase C和人胎盘RNase，不抑制RNase T1和RNase H。
· 兼容性好：不影响M-MLV或AMV Reverse Transcriptase、Taq DNA Polymerase、T3、T7或SP6 RNA Polymerase活性，在较宽的pH范围内（pH 5~8）均可发挥作用。
