【产品概述】
DNase I (RNase-free)是一种将单链或双链DNA随机降解为具有5’-P末端寡核苷酸的脱氧核糖核酸酶I的制剂。该酶适用于对RNA的完整性要求非常严格的应用中，如RT-PCR检测前的RNA模板准备工作。

· 制备无DNA的RNA样品
· 降解体外转录（in vitro transcription）系统中的DNA 模板
· 与DNA Polymerase I一起用于切口平移（Nick translation）
