【产品概述】
本产品是高灵敏度的RT-PCR反应系统，可以从极低量的总RNA或poly(A) mRNA中高效率的合成第一链cDNA，并能够通读GC含量高、二级结构复杂的RNA模板。该试剂盒使用重组表达的M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase (RTase)，通过定点突变去除了RNase H的活性(RNase H－)，并增加了该酶与模板－引物的亲和力，具有更好的热稳定性，因此其DNA聚合酶的活性和持续合成能力均高于野生型M-MuLV RTase，合成的cDNA产量更多、更长。本试剂盒中的2×HiFiTaq PCR StarMix含PCR反应所需的HiFiTaq DNA Polymerase、dNTPs、Mg2+、反应缓冲液和稳定剂等成分并对体系进行了优化，能有效扩增的10 kb以下片段，同时使用更快速简便。
