Precision
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Mouse Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively. Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Mouse Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate. CV (%) = SD/mean × 100. Intra-Assay: CV<10%; Inter-Assay: CV<12%
Specificity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Mouse Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) . No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and analogues was observed.Stability

卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)
垂体前叶嗜碱性细胞分泌的一种激素,成分为糖蛋白。主要作用为促进卵泡成熟。人卵泡刺激素促进卵泡颗粒层细胞增生分化,促进整个卵巢长大。作用于睾丸曲细精管可促进精子形成。注射FSH只增加卵泡数目,对卵泡成熟并无作用。下丘脑分泌的促卵泡激素释放激素控制卵泡刺激素的分泌。在月经周期中,血中FSH浓度及每日由尿排泄的FSH的量随周期变化而变化。在停经后,血和尿中FSH排出量增加。

卵泡刺激素 follicle-stimulating hormone
一种性腺刺激激素,缩写 FSH.是由脑垂体前叶嗜碱性细胞分泌。脊椎动物的雌性,可刺激未成熟卵泡,促进卵泡细胞增殖与卵泡腔的形成。但是能使脑垂体摘除的雌性的卵巢形成成熟卵泡,仅 FSH是不够的,尚需黄体生成素。另外,仅有 FSH卵巢不能分泌动情素。对睾丸,可促进精原细胞的分裂、增殖,但仅有 FSH不能形成精子也不能刺激间隙细胞。如果加少量黄体生成素就能引起雄性激素的分泌和精子的形成。 FSH为糖蛋白,分子量约 3万,约有 5%的硅铝酸在激活 FSH的活性方面起重要作用。它由两个亚单位形成
