关于Angiogenin：
Angiogenin belongs to the pancreatic ribonuclease family. Angiogenin is primarily expressed in the liver. It may act as a tRNA-specific ribonuclease that abolishes protein synthesis by specifically hydrolyzing cellular tRNAs. Angiogenin is a potent stimulator of new blood vessel formation. And Angiogenin is endo*(代"c")ytosed and translocated to the nucleus by binding to actin on the surface of endothelial cells. Angiogenic activity is regulated by interaction with RNH1 in vivo. In addition, Angiogenin is associated with susceptibility to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, which is a degenerative disorder of motor neurons in the cortex, brain stem and spinal cord.

关于Carbonic Anhydrase XII/CA12：
Carbonic Anhydrase (CA) XII, also known as Car12 and CA12, is an extracellular enzyme involved in the regulation of the microenvironment acidity and tumor malignant phenotype, was originally identified as a protein overexpressed in some types of cancers. It has showed that CA XII is induced by hypoxia and oestrogen and expressed at high levels on various types of cancer. The enzyme is directly involved in tumour progression, and its inhibition has an anti-tumour effect. Apart from its role in carcinogenesis, the enzyme contributes to various other diseases like glaucoma and arteriosclerotic plaques, among others. CA XII is therefore regarded as promising target for specific therapies, and may be used as a novel prognostic marker in combination with histologic grade of the tumors.

FGF acidic is a 17 kDa nonglycosylated member of the FGF family of mitogenic peptides. FGF acidic, which is produced by multiple cell types, stimulates the proliferation of all cells of mesodermal origin and many cells of neuroectodermal, ectodermal, and endodermal origin. It plays a number of roles in development, regeneration, and angiogenesis. FGF-acidic is a non-glycosylated heparin binding growth factor that is expressed in the brain, kidney, retina, smooth muscle cells, bone matrix, osteoblasts, astrocytes and endothelial cells. FGF-acidic has the ability to signal through all the FGF receptors.
