关于PRTN3：
Proteinase-3 is a neutral serine proteinase that belongs to the peptidase S1 family and Elastase subfamily. It contains one peptidase S1 domain and it is expressed mainly in neutrophil granulocytes. The primary function of Proteinase-3 is thought to be degradation of extracellular proteins at sites of inflammation, but excessive or prolonged proteolytic activity may cause harmful effects in the body. It is the epitope of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCAs) of the cANCA (cytoplasmic subtype) class, a type of antibody frequently found in the disease Wegeners granulomatosis.

Sulfotransferase 1A2 (SULT1A2) is a member of the Sulfotransferase 1 family. Sulfotransferase enzymes catalyze the sulfate conjugation of many hormones, neurotransmitters, drugs, and xenobiotic compounds. SULT1A2 is a cytoplasmic protein and exists as a homodimer. SULT1A2 mediates the metabolic activation of carcinogenic N-hydroxyarylamines to DNA binding products and might thus participate as a modulating factor of cancer risk.

关于LAG3：
Human Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein( LAG3) is a member of immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. LAG3 contains 4 extracellular Ig-like domains. The LAG3 gene contains 8 exons. LAG3 is involved in lymphocyte activation and can bind to HLA class-II antigens. It is selectively expressed in activated T and NK cells. LAG3 has a negative regulatory function in T cells and acts as as a new marker of T cell induced B cell activation. As a soluble molecule, LAG3 activates antigen-presenting cells through MHC class II signaling. It can lead to increased antigen-specific T-cell responses in vivo. LAG-3 has higher affinity to MHC class II than CD4.
