Properties
The MAB<CK-MM>Mix consists of four highly specific monoclonal mouse
antibodies directed to Human creatinin kinase isoenzyme MM (h-CK-MM).
The frozen solution contains protein, potassium phosphate buffer and sodium
chloride. No preservative are added。

Background Information
Human creatine kinase isoenzyme CK-MB consist of two subunits: CK-M and
CK-B. By inhibiting the CK-M subunit, the creatine kinase reaction is triggered
exclusively by the β subunit of creatine kinase, which accounts for one-half of
the activity of CK-MB.
