一般描述
链霉亲和素磁性颗粒是多分散性顺磁颗粒，可用于快速分离各种生物素标记的分子。该颗粒以10mg/ml 50mM Hepes、0.1％牛血清白蛋白（BSA）、0.01％甲基异噻唑酮、pH为7.4的悬浮液形式提供。
每mg链霉亲和素磁性颗粒的结合能力：
>= 1800 pmol游离生物素
>150 pmol生物素标记寡核苷酸
>10 pmol生物素标记dsDNA片段
应用
链霉亲和素磁性颗粒是多分散性顺磁颗粒，可用于快速分离各种生物素标记的分子。该颗粒以10 mg/ml的混悬液形式提供。生物素标记分子的磁性分离已成功应用于大量应用中。
