一般描述
来自罗氏的 PCR 级核苷酸经过特殊制造和纯化，达到了可能达到的最高化学纯度。PCR 级核苷酸含有至少 99％ 的相关脱氧核苷-三磷酸（dNTP）和小于 0.9％ 的脱氧核苷-二磷酸（dNDP）。
dCTP，PCR级，是一种100 mM的无色透明锂盐溶液 (pH 8.3)。
胸苷5′-三磷酸钠盐溶液可用于DNA合成反应，如 PCR、DNA 测序、cDNA合成和分子克隆技术。
应用
dTTP，PCR 级，适用于需要高质量试剂的许多应用。这些程序包括逆转录（RT）、聚合酶链反应（PCR）、RT-PCR、DNA 标记反应和测序/循环测序分析。
质量
