关于IL-22：
Interleukin-22(IL-22) is a member of a group of the IL-10 family, a class of potent mediators of cellular inflammatory responses. IL-22 is produced by activated DC and T cells. IL-22 and IL-10 receptor chains play a role in cellular targeting and signal transduction. It can initiate and regulate innate immune responses against bacterial pathogens especially in epithelial cells such as respiratory and gut epithelial cells. IL-22 along with IL-17 likely plays a role in the coordinated response of both adaptive and innate immune systems. IL-22 also promotes hepatocyte survival in the liver and epithelial cells in the lung and gut similar to IL-10. Biological activity of IL-22 is initiated by binding to a cell-surface complex consisting of IL-22R1 and IL-10R2 receptor chains. IL-22 biological activity is further regulated by interactions with a soluble binding protein, IL-22BP. IL-22BP and an extracellular region of IL-22R1 share sequence similarity. In some cases, the pro-inflammatory versus tissue-protective functions of IL-22 are regulated by cytokine IL-17A.

Thymidylate kinase (DTYMK) is a ubiquitous enzyme of about 25 kD which belongs to thymidylate kinase family. DTYMK is important in the dTTP synthesis pathway for DNA synthesis. It participated in the pyrimidine metabolism pathway and dTTP biosynthesis pathway. DTYMK catalyzes the conversion of dTMP to dTDP and catalyzes the phosphorylation of thymidine 5-monophosphate (dTMP) to form thymidine 5-diphosphate (dTDP) in the presence of ATP and magnesium. Structural and functional analyses suggest that the cDNA codes for authentic human dTMP kinase. The mRNA levels and enzyme activities corresponded to cell cycle progression and cell growth stages.

CD27 antigen, also known as CD27L receptor, T-cell activation antigen CD27, T14, S152, Tp55, TNFRSF7 and Tumor necrosis factor receptor for superfamily member 7，belongs to the TNF-receptor superfamily. CD27 is a single-pass type I membrane protein and exists as a homodimer form, containing three TNFR-Cys repeats. CD27 transduces signals that lead to the activation of NF-KappaB and MAPK8/JNK. CD27 is involved in regulating B-cell activation and immunoglobulin synthesis, binding to the ligand CD70. TRAF2 and TRAF5 have been shown to mediate the signaling process of CD27.
