关于Siglec-9：
Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 9(Siglec 9) is expressed by peripheral blood leukocytes (neutrophils and monocytes but not eosinophils), and found in liver, fetal liver, bone marrow, placenta, spleen and in lower levels in skeletal muscle, fetal brain and so on. It is a putative adhesion molecule that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. It also binds to alpha-2,3- or alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid. The sialic acid recognition site may be masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface.

Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 9(TNFRSF9) is an inducible T cell surface protein belonging to the TNF receptor superfamily. It is a single-pass type I membrane protein which contains 4 TNFR-Cys repeats. The human and mouse proteins share 60% amino acid sequence identity. It is absent from naive T cells, but upregulated and continually expressed following T cell activation. It is a receptor for TNFSF9/4-1BBL, and possibly active during T cell activation.

Semaphorin-4C is a protein which belongs to the semaphorin family, contains 1 Ig-like C2-type domain, 1 PSI domain, 1 Sema domain. As cell surface receptor for PLXNB2, it plays an important role in cell-cell signaling. PLXNB2 binding promotes downstream activation of RHOA and phosphorylation of ERBB2 at Tyr-1248. It required for normal brain development, axon guidance and cell migration, Probable signaling receptor which may play a role in myogenic differentiation through activation of the stress-activated MAPK cascade.
