关于ACTR8：
Actin-Related Protein 8 (ACTR8) is a member of the Actin family. ACTR8 is the first example in actin family that was found to be associated with mitotic chromosomes. ACTR8 plays a vital role in the functional organization of mitotic chromosomes. This protein is a proposed core component of the chromatin remodeling INO80 complex that is involved in transcriptional regulation, DNA replication and probable DNA repair, and it is required for the recruitment of INO80 (and probably the INO80 complex) to sites of DNA damage.

关于IL-1 beta/IL-1F2：
Interleukin-1 (IL-1) designates two proteins, IL-1α and IL-1β, which are the products of distinct genes, but recognize the same cell surface receptors. IL-1α and IL-1β are structurally related polypeptides that show approximately 25% homology at the amino acid level. Both proteins are produced by a wide variety of cells in response to stimuli such as those produced by inflammatory agents, infections, or microbial endotoxins. The proteins are synthesized as 31 kDa precursors that are subsequently cleaved into proteins with molecular weights of approximately 17.5 kDa. The specific protease responsible for the processing of IL-1β, designated interleukin 1β-converting enzyme (ICE), has been described. Mature human and mouse IL-1β share approximately 75% amino acid sequence identity and human IL-1β has been found to be active on murine cell lines.

Vasoactive intestinal peptide is also known as the vasoactive intestinal polypeptide or VIP. In humans, it is encoded by the VIP gene. VIP is neuropeptide which belongs to a glucagon/secretin superfamily, the ligand of class II G protein-coupled receptors. VIP is produced in many tissues of vertebrates including the gut, pancreas and suprachiasmatic nuclei of the hypothalamus in the brain. VIP stimulates contractility in the heart, causes vasodilation, lowers arterial blood pressure and relaxes the smooth muscle of trachea, stomach and gall bladder. VIP has a half-life (t?) in the blood of about two minutes.
