关于CFHR2：
Complement Factor H-Related Protein 2 (CFHR2) is a secreted protein that belongs to the complement factor H protein family. Members of the H-related protein family are exclusively composed of individually folded protein domains, termed short consensus repeats (SCRs) or complement control modules. CFHR2 is synthesized as a 270 amino acid precursor that contains an 18 amino acid signal peptide and a 252 amino acid mature chain with 4 Sushi (CCP/SCR) domains. CFHR2 is synthesized in the liver and secreted into plasma. It may be involved in complement regulation. CFHR2 can also be associated with lipoproteins and may play a role in lipid metabolism.

Leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 25(LRRC25) is a single-pass type I membrane protein and contains 3 LRR (leucine-rich) repeats. The protein expressed in plasmacytoid dendritic cells (PDC), monocyte-derived dendritic cells (MDDC), granulocytes, monocytes, B-lymphocytes, peripheral blood leukocytes, spleen, bone marrow, and, to a lesser extent, lymph nodes, fetal liver, and appendix but not in thymus. The protein may be involved in the activation of cells of innate and acquired immunity.

The Galectin family of proteins, with specificity for Nacetyllactosamine containing glycoproteins, consists of beta-galactoside binding lectins containing homologous carbohydrate recognition domains (CRDs).They also possess hemagglutination activity, which is attributable to their bivalent carbohydrate binding properties. Galectins are active both intracellularly and extracellularly. Although they are localized primarily in the cytoplasm and lack a classical signal peptide; they can be secreted by one or more as yet unidentified non-classical secretory pathways. They have diverse effects on many cellular functions including adhesion, migration, polarity, chemotaxis, proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation. Lymphatic Vessel Endothelial Hyaluronic Acid Receptor 1 is a single-pass type I membrane protein. LYVE-1 is a CD44 homolog found primarily on lymphatic endothelial cells 1. LYVE-1 mainly expressed in endothelial cells lining lymphatic vessels. While LYVE-1 functions is a Ligand-specific transporter trafficking between intracellular organelles (TGN) and the plasma membrane. LYVE-1 plays a role in autocrine regulation of cell growth mediated by growth regulators containing cell surface retention sequence binding (CRS). It may act as an hyaluronan (HA) transporter, either mediating its uptake for catabolism within lymphatic endothelial cells themselves, or its transport into the lumen of afferent lymphatic vessels for subsequent re-uptake and degradation in lymph nodes.
